TIME: Monday, 10 December at 17.00

VENUE: Gammeltorv, København K.

Sixty years of China’s rule has created a crisis in occupied Tibet. Repressive policies and severe crackdown has provoked an unprecedented wave of self immolations by Tibetan monks, nuns and laypeople, the majority of whom have lost their lives.

On Human Rights Day 10th of December (same day as the Tibetan Government in Exile have chosen to mark the people who died in self-immolation), Tibetans and supporters all over the world will show their support to the Tibetan people and the victims of self-immolations.

Join Students for a Free Tibet worldwide in marking International Human Rights Day 2012 holding a candlelight vigil in honour of the Tibetans who have sacrificed their lives for a Free Tibet.

You are welcome to bring canddles, Tibetan flags, prayerflags and khatags.
