CRIC and RIKO Seminar: Pathways for Peace (København)

The most recent developments within the United Nations’ work on peacebuilding and conflict prevention is the theme of this seminar co-organized by Centre for Resolution of International Conflicts (CRIC), University of Copenhagen and the Council for International Conflict Resolution (RIKO) and as part of the Danish Network for Conflict Prevention and Peacebuilding.

The seminar brings together civil society actors and researchers to discuss the possibilities and challenges in policy and operations on the ground to prevent violence and sustain peace. With a constructive and critical civil society perspective, attention is directed to the newly published report Pathways For Peace – Inclusive Approaches to Preventing Violent Conflicts conducted by the World Bank Group and the United Nations.

In continuation of the seminar at 17.30-19.00, RIKO will hold this year’s Annual General Meeting. This event is only open to RIKO members. For more information about Annual General Meeting visit RIKO’s website: http://riko.nu/2018/04/09/generalforsamling-og-seminar/
