Senior Adviser (N1) in Uganda, Democratic Governance Facility

As Senior Adviser/Component Manager for Rights, Justice and Peace, you are part of the Management Team of the Facility. Your task is to manage and oversee the design and implementation of concrete interventions within the component. You are responsible for the programme’s daily operations and progress as well as managing a staff of 6. You hold a relevant Master’s degree, have a solid experience with project management, as well as working experience from political organisations, government units or civilian organisations in a development context. Knowledge of the political development in Uganda is an advantage. You are fluent in English.
