Holi Festival of Colors Celebration Denmark 2020 (København)

We would like to invite you for Holi Festival 2020. We will have great cultural performances & off course color play with great music..Below are the relevant details about the program, some changes are expected;

1) 12.00 Inauguration
2) 12.15 Indian Cultural Performances
3) 14.30 Holi Organic Dry Color play with Song & Dance
4) 17.00 End of Event. Start with Cleaning hall with Volunteers

Please note below points;

A) Please note that you CAN NOT bring your own color or water bottles to event site & you will have the opportunity to buy organic colors, food & water at the event site.

B) Adult Entry Fee- 50DKK/Person.. Children Below 10 years will have free entry.. Pre Register your place by using MobilePay at 62046. You need to write name of the lead person+(XX:number of people registered for event, also inform if you will have a child below 10 years with you) while making payment. Suggested format for entry- Lead Person Name+ Number of additional adults + Number of Children below 10 years. We will make a list for all payment & will give you entry band at gate after cross checking lead person name & other details that you will provide us while making payments . Keep copy of your payment receipt in MobilePay.. You can also make payment at venue if we still have space left.. We may have to restrict entry if it gets overcrowded

C) Organic Dry Color Purchase 5 Packets 99 DKK, 2 packets 49 DKK & 1 Packet 30 DKK.. at venue. You can pay via mobile pay or cash but at venue.. Kindly don’t pay for colors now as it will be done ONLY at venue after finishing cultural programs..

D) Water bottles/ Non Alcoholic Drinks/Vegetarian sandwiches can be purchased at event site..

E) Please note that floating capacity of the hall for cultural performance is 500. Color play will be outside the hall.. We may limit entry if it gets overcrowded..

F) No Show per registration won’t be refunded..
