Seminar: Kinas rolle i globale fremskridt
Madam Fu Ying is Chairperson of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National People’s Congress of China and Principal Expert of the National Institute for Global Strategy, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
She will speak on ‘China’s Role in Global Progress’ at DIIS as part of her visit to Denmark.
Madam Fu is among the high-ranking women in the Chinese government, and one of the most known diplomats in contemporary international relations.
She has been Ambassador to the Philippines, Australia and the UK, before she served as Vice Foreign Minister, only the second woman to serve this role since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949.
