Asien kan udrydde fattigdommen over en generation

Despite facing huge challenges, Asia may eradicate poverty in the next generation if the current growth is continued, Britains Department for International Development has claimed.

The department, in collaboration with the World Bank and Asian Development Bank, has convened a two-day conference in London on March 6 and 7 to focus attention on building new forms of partnership to eradicate poverty in Asia.
