Ethiopia is about to launch a universal clean water supply and basic sanitation access program for over 60 million people in the next seven years, but the main obstacle to achieving this goal is the rapid growth of the population it is intended to benefit.
– In line with the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs), there are plans to make safe drinking water available to all Ethiopians, Water Resources Development Minister Shiferaw Jarso has disclosed, reports the World Bank press review.
