INTRO-METTING NUNCA MÁS

Are you interested in human rights and/or psychosocial work in the Global South? Or maybe you know something about these topics? Do you want to be part of a group interested in these matters? Then, come and join us at the meeting!

Here, you will get an opportunity to learn, articulate and further develop your knowledge and experience with other committed professionals who have worked with psychosocial issues and human rights for many years in conflict-affected countries in the Global South. You will also get to know others interested in the field and who will like to make a difference. It doesn’t matter if you have prior experience or knowledge on the matter.

What counts is that together we can find out how you/we can support people affected by political violence and help them regain a sense of justice and the strength to change their situation.

PROGRAMME
1. Welcome and introduction – Who are we and what do we do
2. Interactive quiz – with the purpose of raising awareness about privilege
3. Presentation of a Nunca Más documentary – followed by a debate about the contents and issues highlighted in the documentary
4. Wrapping up – Questions + Information about upcoming events, contact information, etc.
