BLANTYRE, 5 May 2009: The Supreme Court of Appeal in Malawi Monday adjourned a case in which US pop singer Madonna is challenging a ruling on her attempt to adopt a second child in the southern African nation.
The Court of Appeal however did not give the new date. Madonna saw her bid to adopt a second child stopped last month. However the singer through her local lawyer Allan Chinula appealed against the ruling in the Supreme Court of Appeal.
