Background
The world is preparing for COP21 this December in Paris, which is expected to set the agenda for action and determine how resources are to be mobilised to respond to climate change.
But even if more resources become available, how will the decisions made translate into action on the ground?
Findings from the Climate Change and Rural Institutions research programme will be presented regarding how institutions are changing in response to climate change and what this implies for the transformations that are being proposed at the COP21 conference on the world´s future climate.
