Konference: Årlig konference på Center of African Economies (Roskilde)

We gladly announce the second annual conference at the Center of African Economies on December 3 & 4. The conference brings together researchers across Denmark and abroad who are conducting cutting-edge research on African economies from different disciplinary perspectives.

This year’s conference addresses all of the key themes related to economic development in Sub-Saharan Africa: extractive sectors, agriculture and agribusiness, manufacturing, local firms, foreign direct investment, international standards and new forms of public-private development aid.

There will be 23 papers as well as a keynote talk presenting findings from the AfriCap project, a roundtable discussion on technology transfer and foreign direct investment, and a drinks reception. The full program is attached.
