Workshop 1 – Danish International NGOs Enabling Local Leadership

Join us in person in Copenhagen for the first workshop of three as we kick off the workshop series, “Danish International NGOs Enabling Local Leadership”.

This session will focus on challenges, opportunities and new thinking on systems change for strengthening local leadership in the aid sector. It will unpack global trends that influence the aid system, the challenges and opportunities for supporting local civil society organisations and enabling local leadership, and the types of changes emerging internationally with new ways of thinking about and pursuing systems change, including using Chain of Influence Framework to shift power – with expert inputs from organisations including Pledge for Change and RINGO.
