Job: DDL is looking for consultants for external project evaluation in Jordan

Danish Deaf Association (DDL) has international partnerships with deaf organisations in Ghana, Togo, Ivory Coast, Mali, Niger, Rwanda, Jordan, Vietnam, Guatemala, Ukraine and Moldova with aim of strengthening and supporting the capacity building of the partner organisations. We intend to apply for a new programme collaboration with 7 partners in autumn 2024. The programme will build on experience gathered and lessons learnt from the current project in Jordan. Hence, external evaluation for Jordan is to be carried out for the project.

Please see the Terms of Reference and required qualifications for the evaluation in Jordan below. The field trip to Jordan is expected to take place in November 2024. The final evaluation report should be submitted no later than 8^th December 2024.
