In May the Italian Fairtrade/Max Havelaar will organize a workshop in Bologna during “Slow Food on Film”, an international festival of cinema.
The workshop aims to promote a new critical awareness of food culture, of the agricultural and food industrys repercussion on society and the environment and of gastronomic memory as a common heritage to be safeguarded.
This activity is co-funded by the EU thanks to the three-year project Fairtrade Italy started in March 2007 with Slow Food and the NGO Cefa: “Sustainable agriculture, bio-diversity protection and fair trade, together against poverty”.
During the workshop we would like to invite directors, screenwriters involved in sustainable development and fair trade issues. Do you know someone?
