Du lærer, hvordan du ved hjælp af storytelling inddrager din modtager i din kommunikation og får hende til at dele dine værdier. Simon Hodges vil med udgangspunkt i deltagernes egne organisatoriske værdier hjælpe deltagerne til at gøre modtagerne til medskabere, der giver et større og mere vedholdene engagement i din sag.

Alle medlemmer af CISU og Globalt Fokus kan tilmelde sig, også flere fra samme organisation. Dog kan der grundet begrænset plads, vælges kun at tillade hver organisation at tilmelde 1 medarbejder.

Program:

“13:00: Start workshop with an introduction on storytelling and good examples of storytelling for social change

Working on your own story (with necessary breaks in between):

• Community: Get into the the context, character, desire and struggle of (one person of) the community you’re striving for.
• Values: Find your own connection to the values of your organisation and see how these connect to the community.
• Intervention: Explain how your organisation can help the struggling community.
• Transformation: Show the change in the community after the intervention(s).

Relating your story to:

Audience: Imagine an archetype your different audiences in character, context and desire or motivation. Experience how this changes your story.
