Højniveau-dialogmøde mellem erhvervsfolk og internationale beslutningstagere

The World Bank, Danida and the Confederation of Danish Industry (Dansk Industri – DI) will host a Public Private Dialogue Workshop (PPD) in Copenhagen. 

Among the presenters are Crown Princess Mary of Denmark and Mogens Jensen, Minister for Trade and Development Cooperation.

High-level dialogue in Copenhagen between businesses and decision makers

In many countries, businesses and governments are working closely together to create jobs and growth, promote education and fight pollution.

There is increasing recognition that there is a need to engage both the private sector and the public sector in a dialogue in order to achieve sustainable development in all countries.

Among the presenters are:

* HRH Crown Princess Mary of Denmark 

* Sanjay Pradhan, Vice President for Leadership, Learning and Innovation, World Bank Group 

* Mogens Jensen, Minister for Trade and Development Cooperation, Denmark 

* Karsten Dybvad, CEO, Confederation of Danish Industry 

* Betty Maina, Chief Executive, Kenya Association of Manufacturers 

Several Danish companies cooperate with governments, public authorities and civil society in the developing countries to create jobs and promote sustainable development.

At the conference CEO Jørgen Vig Knudstorp, Lego Group, CEO Thomas Schulz, FLSmidth A/S and CEO Lars Rebien Sørensen, Novo Nordisk, will share their experiences with public-private dialogue.
