DOING AGRIBUSINESS IN AFRICA

Under the heading “Doing agribusiness in Africa” this AFRICA INNOVATION NETWORK seminar will focus on where the agricultural production is in Africa and the fast growing agricultural market.

The seminar will highlight the wide range of equipment needed to accommodate the demand in Africa and the opportunities it opens for suppliers of equipment to the agricultural sector in Africa.

The exchange of knowledge and experience are at the core of AFRICA INNOVATION NETWORK and at the “Doing Agribusiness in Africa” seminar we will start by looking into the overall African agricultural production by The Danish Agriculture & Food Council.

They will also present business cases from both the buyers and suppliers; DanBred International, Danishknowhow® and Biodairy (Uganda).

AFRICA INNOVATION NETWORK connects ambassadors, business people, and organisations related to Africa. The seminar will be buzzing with local knowledge, inspiration and innovative business ideas.

From 6 pm a light dinner will be served and a glass of beer, wine, and water and most importantly more time for casual networking.

Refreshments, tea and coffee throughout the event. During breaks there will be fruit and cake. At 6 pm there will be a light dinner and time to network as long as you please. After the event, beer/wine/water will be served.

• Members of AFRICA INNOVATION NETWORK: Free of charge
• Non-members of AFRICA INNOVATION NETWORK: DKK 2,500* (excl. of VAT) including two people from the same company.

* For non-members who subsequently wish to join AFRICA INNOVATION NETWORK before January 30th, 2014, the admission fee will be deducted from the yearly membership price of DKK 17,000 (excl. of VAT).
