UN Women præsenterer sin flagskibsrapport i København

UN Women is launching its flagship report “Progress of the World’s Women 2015-2016: Transforming Economies, Realizing Rights“

The report, released 27th of April in seven locations globally, brings together human rights and economic policymaking to call for far-reaching changes to the global policy agenda that will transform economies and make women’s rights, and equality, a reality.

It takes an in-depth look at what the economy would look like if it truly worked for women, for the benefit of all.

Ms Shahra Razavi, Chief, Research and Data Section, UN Women, will give a presentation of the key themes of the report.

Associate Professor Signe Arnfred from the Institute for Society and Globalization, Roskilde University, is also invited to give her remarks on the report

Moderator is Asger Ryhl, Director of UN Women´s Nordic Liason Office in Copenhagen.

Free copies of the report will be distributed at the event.
