What do we offer?

As an intern at Oxfam Denmark, you will gain thorough insight into an organization that works for a better and more equal world by fighting poverty and injustice. We offer an opportunity to gain firsthand experience with the daily life in an international NGO through tasks and new challenges that can make a difference. Moreover, you will be part of a dynamic and fun workplace with a large international network.

This internship is co-hosted and coordinated between two teams in the International Program Department: the Humanitarian & Peacebuilding Team and the Program Quality & Institutional Funding Team. The two teams have previous good experience of shared human resources and work together on many issues on a daily basis. Working with two teams will give you a broader set of experience, knowledge, and relations in the organization.

Conditions

We expect the internship to be full time (37 hours/week). However, we are flexible in relation to classes, exams, and student jobs, so 30 to 37 hours can be agreed. The duration of the internship is five months with expected start date 1 February 2024. The internship is unpaid but daily lunches in our canteen are provided for free.
