Konference: Grand Challenges and Big Business (Aalborg)

For 10 years, access2innovation has been at the forefront of establishing partnerships between researchers, civil society organisations and private companies in order to develop economically sustainable solutions to the World’s most pressing problems; clean energy, sanitation, food security and health in developing countries.

Over the years, the association has facilitated more than 50 partnerships in Denmark and East Africa and helped introduce truly innovative approaches to development work and sustainable business.

At this two-day conference, you will gain inside information on new markets and partnership opportunities within
Renewable Energy, ICT, Health and Agrobusiness, and an honest insight into the multitude of challenges connected to sustainable cross-sector partnerships between Denmark and Africa.

It will be two days of state-of-the-art knowledge, new business opportunities, financing, exhibitions of working SDG solutions, hardcore networking and great coffee as we develop the blueprints for a sustainable future.

We round up in a spectacular way with Last Exit Before the Abyss (Sidste afkørsel før afgrunden) – a multimedia event about the state of humanity on a struggling planet – featuring neuro scientist Peter Lund Madsen, sociologist Rasmus Willig and philosopher Tor Nørretranders.
