An effective recruitment and selection management process is critical to ensure the required capacity for Public Institutions’ sustainable performance. It is expected to ensure a timely, effective and transparent selection of Public Servants.
The purpose for this new process is therefore to ensure that job application and screening is online, to overcome the current manual processes’ challenges that pose significant burden to both the applicants and administration. It is highly anticipated that this will improve overall cost efficiency, data management and bio-banking, and subsequent improvement of service delivery.
The e-recruitment process will cover a cross section of activities in the selection process including candidates’ applications processing, continuous monitoring of application status by the applicant, various related notifications and appeal logging for different stages of the process and feedback up to final placement notification.
